Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

ElevateBizPay is a field-service platform that helps home-service businesses build quotes, sign contracts, and take payments — in person, on the phone, or online. This policy explains what information we collect through our mobile apps, our hosted quote pages, and our admin website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

ElevateBizPay is the brand under which TikiTram operates the platform (also referred to in our apps as “ValorPay”). In this policy, “ElevateBizPay,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ElevateBizPay / TikiTram. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@elevatebizpay.com.

A note on roles: many businesses use ElevateBizPay to serve their own customers. When a business (our “tenant”) collects information from its customers through our platform, that business decides how the information is used and is responsible for its own privacy practices. ElevateBizPay processes that information on the business’s behalf. This policy describes ElevateBizPay’s own practices.

1. Who we are

ElevateBizPay is operated by TikiTram (owner: Scott Thomas) and is based in the United States. We provide a quoting and payments platform for home-service businesses such as fencing, tree service, container and dumpster rental, tile, and similar trades. The platform includes iOS and Android apps used by business owners and their crews, an admin website, and hosted web pages where customers can build and approve quotes.

You can reach us about privacy at privacy@elevatebizpay.com or scott@tikitram.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information.

Account information

When a business owner or staff member signs in, we collect an email address. We use passwordless, email one-time-code sign-in powered by Amazon Cognito, so we do not store passwords. We also collect the business (tenant) profile — for example, business name, branding, service settings, and staff members you add.

Customer leads and quote information

When a customer submits a request through one of our hosted quote forms, or when a business creates a quote on a customer’s behalf, we collect the information provided, which may include the customer’s name, phone number, email address, service address, and notes about the job (such as measurements, materials, and options). This information is submitted to the specific business the customer is dealing with, and is routed to that business owner.

Quotes, contracts, and e-signatures

We store the quotes and contracts generated on the platform, along with the terms attached to them and the e-signatures collected when a customer approves. E-signatures are handled through our signing provider, DocuSeal.

Staff time and shift records

For businesses that use our time-tracking features, we store staff clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, and related shift records so owners can reconcile and approve hours.

Usage and diagnostic data

Like most online services, we collect basic technical information needed to operate and improve the platform — for example, device and app version, log and error information, and general usage data. We use this to keep the service running, diagnose problems, and make the product better.

3. Payments and card data

Card payments on ElevateBizPay are processed by our payment processor, Valor PayTech (ValorPay). When a customer pays a deposit or balance, the card number is entered on the processor’s own secure hosted payment page.

Card numbers are entered directly on the payment processor’s hosted page. Full card numbers do not pass through ElevateBizPay’s systems and are not stored by ElevateBizPay.

We may receive limited, non-sensitive payment records from the processor — such as the amount, date, status, and a masked reference to the payment — so that a business can see which quotes have been paid. The processor’s handling of card data is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide the service — building quotes, attaching contract terms, collecting e-signatures, and processing deposits and payments;
  • Route customer leads and quote requests to the business the customer is dealing with, and send related notifications;
  • Authenticate accounts and keep them secure, including sending one-time sign-in codes by email;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the platform, and develop new features; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. How we share information

We share information only as described here.

Text messaging (SMS) opt-in data

If you opt in to text messages (for example, membership receipts and reminders at a participating business), your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to send you the messages described at the time of opt-in. No mobile information, opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS program terms.

With the business you interact with

Information a customer submits through a hosted quote page — leads, quote details, signed contracts, and payment status — is shared with the specific business (tenant) the customer is dealing with, so that business can prepare the quote, fulfill the work, and take payment.

With service providers (subprocessors)

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the platform. They may process information on our behalf only to provide their services to us:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, Amazon Cognito for sign-in, Amazon SES for sending email, and DynamoDB for data storage;
  • Valor PayTech — card payment processing;
  • DocuSeal — e-signature and document signing; and
  • Google / Vertex AI — automated translation of catalog and quote content between English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or ElevateBizPay. If ElevateBizPay is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes — for example, to maintain a business’s account, keep a record of quotes and signed contracts, support payment reconciliation, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it. Businesses may also request deletion of data they control (see “Your rights and choices” below).

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to production systems is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and sensitive card entry is offloaded to our payment processor’s hosted page so that full card numbers never reach our systems.

No online service can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to protect your account by keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in codes are delivered by email.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@elevatebizpay.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If your information was submitted to a specific business through that business’s quote page, that business also controls a copy of the information. You may need to contact that business directly, and we will help route or forward your request where appropriate.

9. Children's privacy

ElevateBizPay is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us at privacy@elevatebizpay.com and we will delete it.

10. Where your data is processed

ElevateBizPay is based in the United States, and our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the US (the AWS us-east-1 region). If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
