ElevateBizPay SMS Program

ElevateBizPay (a brand of TikiTram, LLC) provides payment and membership software to local businesses. When you join a membership program at a participating business — for example an oil-change club at an auto shop — you can choose to receive your membership receipt and service reminders by text message.

How you opt in

Consent is collected in writing at the point of sale: when you enroll at the counter, staff ask whether you’d like text messages, and the enrollment form records your choice with a checkbox that reads: “Text me my membership receipt and reminders. (Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.)” The box is never pre-checked, and declining never affects your membership. We do not buy, share, or sell contact lists; messages go only to customers who enrolled in person.

What we send

• Your membership confirmation and receipt at enrollment
• Reminders about your included services and membership expiration

Message frequency is low — typically a handful of messages per year, tied to your membership. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business where you enrolled. You can also reach the platform at notifications@elevatebizpay.com.

Privacy

Your phone number is used to deliver the messages described above and to identify your membership at the counter.
